1. Remember important dates

Write it down somewhere, usually in our diary (if we have one), in our organizer which
we sometimes might not even have the time to flip through the calendar section, in a
piece of paper which we tend to loose or misplaced it later.

Write it down on post-it-note and stick it in front of your computer, your fridge, your
bedroom or just stick it everywhere you can read it and be reminded yourself upon
seeing it. But...., as usual there might be 'itchy' hands that might remove it for the place
that you have stick it.

Thanks to the invention of mobile phone and XDA. These gadgets are very useful since
they have menu for calendar and things-to-do. We just have to take little of our time
to key-in the data inside our mobile phone or XDA. On the specific date and time, its
alarm will go off to remind us. It is wonderful. But there's one little thing.
Sometimes when we are too busy, we intend to push the off-button to make it silence.
And only, by the end of the day, that we remembered.......

2. Find the right gift

Ever starching your head finding out what's the right gift for your love ones? Try one
of these solutions.

My uncle told me once before, how he usually finds the right gift for his wife.
When they went out for shopping together, he usually stands a bit far behind
from his wife. He then looked what wills his wife pick and the way she look at
the item. From there, he can see, the body language speaks on its own. He will
then buy the gift without her knowing it. When he presented the gift, and when
she opened it, you can imagine the joy in her face. Well, that method works for
him. Why don't you just try once a while?

The other way, is just ask her/him directly. What do you want for your
birthday? What shall I get you for our anniversary this year? Anything you want
for this Christmas? It's kind of 'blunt' when we ask that type of question. Well,
everybody likes 'SURPRISE'.

Did you hear your mother, father, sister, brother, spouse or your best friend
grumbling lately? This thing is not working, that thing is not working, this needs
to be change, that needs to be change....... Well, you can give the item that they
are grumbling about as a gift to them.

To me one simple solution is we get a gift which is related to the person's hobby.
For example, if your father's hobby is fishing then get him another fishing rod.
He will be proud, you know. He will be bringing the new rod for his next fishing
trip and show-off to his friends.

3. Where to shop for the gift?

In the older days, everyone when out shopping in order to buy

gift. Hours and

hours spent in the shopping mall. We went from

one shop to one shop finding

the

right gift that we wanted to

give, compared prices from one shop to the

other,

compared the

quality for a similar type of product but different in

pricing,

and

might went back to the first shop again in order to buy the

gift.

Besides that,

shopping at the mall

we can touch,

feel,

look and

observe

the

gift. No doubt

we have to stand in a long queue in

order to

pay, or get stuck

in a traffic jam

especially during the

holiday

season

, as well as our feet get

swollen and feeling

very

tired by

the end of the day. But the reward is big.

Deep inside

our heart

felt satisfied since we manage to buy the gift.

from the mall. And what's worst

is, we come back

home

with

empty-handed

feeling very tired and frustrated.

is now gradually increasing.

With the advance technology of the net

security, it

is safer to

shop on Internet. We can forget about how to wrap the

gift,

color should the wrapping paper be, how to tie the ribbon

right,

what size the

shipping box should be, etc, etc. We can

also

forget about the

hassle of going to

the

Post Office
